    ..I have the same problem.. How can i get the result from AsyncTask without using get or is there any way to retrive result without blocking the UIthread

    1. You can check my demo example on my github account which show two ways of returning result from AsyncTask
      1.) Using an Interface
      2.) Using a BroadcastReceiver
